How will I get paid.
It is really quite simple – as soon as you register with Springboard, you will receive an offer of employment together with an employment contract. We then sign a contract with the agency (or end client) for each of your assignments. Once your assignment starts, you submit your approved timesheets directly to us or via your agency/client. We invoice the agency or client for the work you do for the agency/client through Springboard. After deducting our margin we pay employer's national insurance in respect of your earnings in the relevant period and then calculate your taxable pay in accordance with the rates agreed in your employment contract and your assignment details. We then deduct the appropriate amounts for tax and employees' national insurance and make a payment at the agreed rates directly into your bank account.
We normally make all our payments by Faster Payment, we send you a text message a soon as we process a payment and we post your pay advice direct to your portal.
