Although most agencies have their own time and recording systems and prefer to raise self billing invoices to Springboard we tend to find that most end user clients prefer to utilise Springboard's own systems for time recording and invoicing. The downside of this approach is that it often results in invoice queries relating to the timesheet submitted to Springboard differing from what the client expected. In order to deal with this issue we have an electronic authorisation process that ensures that invoices are only raised after timesheets have been approved by the client thus minimising errors and the resulting administration burden.
A typical process utilising the Springboard authorisation process is as follows.
> Worker assignment created and client authoriser established
> Worker records hours worked as Springboard employee on portal
> Timesheet saved and submitted for authorisation
> Client authoriser electronically approves timesheet
> Springboard raise invoice to Client
Of course if an end user prefers to send the timesheet data direct to us we can easily accommodate.
