Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003

The Conduct Regulations were designed to raise standards within the recruitment industry. The Conduct Regulations stipulate how recruitment businesses should operate, providing added protection for work seekers and companies using the services of recruiters

Can Springboard employees opt out of the conduct regulations?
Yes, as a limited company contractor you can  opt out of the Conduct Regulations  

Why Opt Out ?
For those workers working for Springboard there is little reason why a contractor would not wish to opt out although opting out of the regulations is not a condition of any employment offer .  However many agencies expect LCCs to opt out regardless of whether they work through their own personal service company or an umbrella company and so opting out may be a way of maximising the range of possible roles available to you. 

How to Opt Out
